Gerald is an experienced company director, of listed and unlisted entities, advisory board member and corporate executive. He is a Principal Consultant with Directors Australia in the areas of board evaluations, strategy and assisting boards to improve their performance and governance processes.
He is past non-executive director and Chairman of yourtown, a national charitable organisation, and is past non-executive director of two ASX listed companies; Villa World Limited and CuDeco Limited. Gerald is also a past Chartered Accountant and university lecturer.
