Godfather of punk Iggy Pop delighted us with social media posts on Facebook and Instagram of a poolside selfie sporting our limited edition merchandise featuring his Moluccan cockatoo, and our Founding Patron, Biggy Pop.
“Chilling at the pool with Biggy Pop style in beautiful Munich” was Iggy’s personal message to us last week along with a photo of himself rocking a pair of Biggy board shorts and a Biggy beanie. Iggy is currently playing a marathon series of gigs across Europe.
We’re absolutely thrilled and honoured that Iggy and Biggy are so supportive of our lifesaving work for Australian native animals.
Iggy’s post elicited lots of positive vibes with over 30,000 likes, comments and shares, showing that rock and roll and wildlife are a beautiful match!
